Inspired by the famous Mid-Autumn legend of “Chang E”, a woman who lives eternally on the moon after drinking a vial of “elixir of life”, China Exchange invites you to a unique herbal workshop. Join expert Herbalist Rasheeqa Ahmed, as you discover the benefits of herbal remedies, how to harvest herbs, and how to create your own “elixir of life” to take home!
