Distance Between: Opening Night and Panel Discussion

In celebration of Qixi Festival, Thursday night saw us welcoming Xiaowen Zhu back to China Exchange with her 3 channel video installation all about long distance love – Distance Between.

The crowd offered their own long distance experiences via the exhibition message boards before then enjoying a panel discussion with Xiaowen and two of the installation contributors and artists, Elizabeth Roth and Maximilian Bauer, led by China Exchange CEO, Freya.

We discovered that not all of the video documentation was strictly factual and marveled at which parts could be true – decide for yourself, the exhibition is open until Tuesday 9 August 3pm-7pm (closed Sunday). Admission is free.
