China Exchange volunteers will be running a Made in Chinatown stall at the Soho Village Fete on Sunday 5 September. This will be the first time that the team has been able to sell the special products they were involved in creating to the public in person. Items will include our best selling memory map tea towel designed by Ekta Kaul and our bone china Heart of Chinatown mugs featuring the beautiful woodblock print design by Pui Lee. All proceeds will go towards funding future community events.
The Soho Village Fete is organised by the Soho Society and will be on Sunday 5 September 2021 in Saint Anne’s Church Courtyard from 12 noon to 6pm.
The activities planned for the fete include:
The Waiters’ Race at 3.30pm from the French House
Tug of War at 2pm The Met Police vs. the Fire Brigade
Spaghetti Eating Competition
Snail Racing
And live Entertainment
We are delighted to take part the Soho Village Fete and represent Made in Chinatown at the event.
