This exhibition builds upon research undertaken by SOAS with people of Chinese ethnic origin in the UK and documents their stories in migration, family and identity making. Admission is free.

An immersive theatre experience exploring real life stories from Chinese interviewees living in the UK to create a powerful new drama of love and loss, struggle and survival, performed alongside live music and great food. Accompanied by a delicious two-course meal provided by Dumplings’ Legend, From Shore to Shore features a cast of seven actor-musicians and blends English, Mandarin and Cantonese to tell the stories of Chinese communities in the UK today.
