Opportunities to understand China, Chinese culture and Chinatown

About volunteering at China Exchange

We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences who wish to contribute to our aims to create opportunities to understand more about China, Chinese culture and London’s Chinatown. We train our volunteers in the skills each project requires and embed their involvement in our work. We recruit volunteers throughout the year on a rolling basis.

Volunteers get involved in our activities either as project volunteers (contributing to one particular project with a particular time commitment) or general volunteers (helping as and when they have time) and often both. We usually send 1-2 emails a month with different opportunities, project details and ways to connect.

We ask all volunteers to register and to work within our volunteering policy. You can read the policy here, and sign up here. After that, you’re welcome to take part and get involved!
