Visiting us: Outside of the published times of our events and activities, we do not staff our reception area. If you have a meeting or need our help between Monday-Friday and arrive to find the doors closed, please call the office on 020 7734 1931.
Access needs: A November 2022 Access Guide to the Chinatown area is available here. Gerrard Street is pedestrianised from 11am-7am the following day. The nearest drop off point is Macclesfield Street, 161 feet/49 metres from China Exchange.
China Exchange has step free access from Gerrard St. There is lift and wheelchair accessible toilets on each floor. If you have access needs that you would like to discuss with us before visiting, please call or email us.
